I read somewhere that it’s good to drink coffee before u exercise but I can’t remember why

I wouldn’t think coffee is the best thing to drink before working out. The only reason I can think that someone would think this is because the coffee would give you a burst of energy that would make you want to move. But there would be the eventual, inevitable crash pretty soon afterwards, most likely in the middle of your workout. Personally I would feel sick working out after having coffee. The best thing to drink before exercise is water.

GOOD coffee. Get beans ground (you can do it at the grocery store); and don’t use canned coffee. Make sure your pot is always clean. Add a scoop of coffee for each 6 oz cup (coffee cups aren’t usually a full 8 oz), plus 1 “for the pot” for every 4-6 cups or so…

I take a blender fill it with ice.
Add strong coffee (preferably cold). Fill 1/2 to 2/3 full.
Pour in as much half and half as you want.
Then you can flavor with whatever you want.
Chocolate Syrup
Ice Cream
Ice cream toppings
Sugar Free Coffee Flavorings (Caramel is my current favorite)
You end up with a blended coffee that is as good as starbucks baby.
